Invisiball Day falls on the last Saturday of September each year to mimic the day Rocky turned invisible. InvisiBall Day 2024 falls on Saturday, September 28.

Sunday after Invisiball day is often reserved to focus on self-care at home as Rocky did.

Bouncy Balls. These should be handed out to guests or celebrants can be asked to bring their own. Bouncy balls are the only item that is essential to celebrating.

A Gift for a Stranger. Like Rocky gave the librarians hotdogs with ketchup, celebrants are encouraged to either bring a small gift or find a gift during the day that should be given to a stranger or acquaintance.

Hotdogs with Ketchup. Some celebrating groups may choose to eat hotdogs with ketchup as a part of their festivities.

Set a timer for 11 minutes and 'panic'. Many groups will often blast energizing music, have screaming matches, or plan some eleven minute activity to start the celebration to pay honor to the eleven minutes Rocky panicked after turning invisible.

Bounce bouncy balls. Bouncy balls should be distributed to guests so they can bounce them as they walk around.

Visit different places in a neighborhood. It can be a familiar neighborhood or a destination neighborhood. With some adaptation, you can emulate this by sharing photos and memories of different places.

Give a gift to a stranger. As Rocky gave hotdogs with ketchup to the librarians, at least one person in the celebrating group typically gives a small quirky or simple gift to a stranger or acquaintance.

Commit to self-care on Sunday morning. This could be done in many ways. Groups may choose to share photos or send each other wellness wishes. This mimics how Rocky spent the day after InvisiBall Day.
